SuiteScript development
Client scripts, user event scripts, Suitelets, scheduled and Map/Reduce scripts. Whether it's a single automation or a full custom module, I build to NetSuite best practice, document it, and hand it over clean.
Integrations
Shopify, Shopware, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, 3PL, EDI, PIM, POS. I work with REST, SuiteTalk, and event-driven middleware on Google Cloud (Pub/Sub). The integrations I build survive traffic spikes and don't silently drop records.
Customizations and workflows
SuiteFlow workflows, custom records, forms, PDF templates, roles, and saved searches. I build them around how your team actually works, and keep them simple enough to live with.
AI agents and MCP
Why did this field change? Why doesn't the saved search match the P&L? My agents on the NetSuite AI Connector (MCP) trace it to the exact script, workflow or save. Coming next: inventory cost and EU e-invoicing.

Custom GL plugins, intercompany netting and elimination, marketplace settlements, accrual journals and approval portals. What took your finance team days at every close runs on schedule.

Shopify to NetSuite, 200+ stores
Architected an event-driven integration across 200+ Shopify stores with Google Cloud Pub/Sub as middleware. Each store gets its own field mapping, delivery stays resilient, and no orders are lost during peak traffic.
marketplace payouts
Amazon settlement engine
Amazon pays out net of dozens of fee types. I built an engine that rebuilds every settlement into gross revenue and itemized fees, with a custom GL plugin posting each fee category to its own account. Automated AR and true per-channel margins.
intercompany
Intercompany netting engine
One group, dozens of subsidiaries, offsetting intercompany invoices on both sides. My netting engine finds the pairs and creates the clearing payments automatically. Days of manual work at every close, gone.
CRM
Salesforce to NetSuite
Sales closes a deal in Salesforce; the NetSuite customer and equipment records create themselves. No re-keying between sales and finance.
royalties
Royalty settlement platform
A gaming group pays hundreds of content partners every month. I built the pipeline from their BigQuery warehouse into NetSuite: vendor bills, accrual journals, and partner statements emailed per subsidiary. What took finance days now runs on schedule.
logistics
3PL & freight integrations
Linked 3PL warehouses and a freight forwarder to NetSuite. Orders out, confirmations and stock back in, invoices generated the moment goods ship. Manual handoffs gone.
accounts payable
AP / Vendor Portal
Built a branded approval portal for supplier bills and employee expenses: two-tier sign-off, reject reasons, full audit trail. Approvers work from a browser, records post to NetSuite, and nobody needs an extra NetSuite seat.

About
I'm Tehseen Ahmed. I've been building on NetSuite for 10 years. I started at Folio3 Software delivering NetSuite implementation, SuiteCommerce, and integration projects, then moved to Alta Via Consulting, one of the leading NetSuite partners in the DACH region, where I designed customizations and integrations for European customers.
These days I work directly with companies and partners as a freelance NetSuite consultant. I handle the full cycle: requirements, estimation, solution design, build, and delivery. Clear communication in English.
Alongside client work, I'm building Ceturo Pulse, a mobile-first CRM and DCR platform for pharma and FMCG field teams in emerging markets.
